Fashion Scout’s “Ones to Watch” Joins Official London Fashion Week Evening Schedule
A longstanding highlight of London Fashion Week, Fashion Scout’s Ones to Watch has been listed on the official LFW evening schedule, marking a notable moment for the platform as it approaches its 20-year anniversary this September.
This season’s showcase spotlighted emerging international talent redefining contemporary fashion, reflecting Fashion Scout’s continued role as a launchpad connecting designers with global press, buyers and industry leaders. In an increasingly competitive fashion calendar, an official schedule listing signals both curatorial strength and wider industry endorsement.
The Ones to Watch line-up included Adolf Maldonado, Aleksa Vertige, Invisible Boundaries, Khushi Kumar, Label Astha Garg, Mad Daisy and Min-Ji Kim, each bringing a distinct design language shaped by craft, cultural context and conceptual direction.
Min-Ji Kim (South Korea/UK), a Korean-born London-based designer with an MA from London College of Fashion and a Textiles BA from RISD, centres her practice on knitwear and textile experimentation. Through MinJiKimStudio, she creates sculptural silhouettes and bold colour interplay for “soft warriors” and creative outsiders. (IG: @minjikimstudio)
Adolf Maldonado (Spain/UK), a First Class Honours BA Fashion Design graduate (London Metropolitan University, 2025), is driven by craftsmanship, surface and structure. Inspired by insects and microscopic textures, his work balances feminine and masculine codes in sculptural, wearable couture forms. (IG: @__maldonado__a)
Label Astha Garg (India/UK), developed between London and Dehradun, explores fashion as sensory experience through slow process, responsible sourcing and collaboration with artisans—integrating sustainability into both design and production. (IG: @labelasthagarg)
Invisible Boundaries (UK) prioritises architectural proportion, silhouette and construction over decoration, building an evolving language of restraint and precision beyond trend cycles. (IG: @invisible_boundaries)
Khushi Kumar (India/UK), founded between Delhi and London, blends heritage craftsmanship with cinematic storytelling. A Manchester School of Art graduate with experience at Alexander McQueen and Christian Dior, Kumar has been awarded DKNY Graduate of the Year and recognised for sustainability-led design. Mad Daisy, founded by Dr. Margarita Fedoseev (2017), merges fashion, museum culture and technology. For AW26, the brand presents “Lumière de Guillaumin,” translating French Impressionist Guillaumin into wearable forms via painterly prints and sculpted silhouettes. (IG: @maddaisyofficial)
Aleksa Vertige (Armenia), founded by 22-year-old Emma Aleksanyan from Artsakh and winner of Fashion Scout Armenia 2025, draws on Bushidō as a narrative framework—expressed through structured tailoring, muted blues and greys, deep red accents and macramé craftsmanship. (IG: @aleksa_vertige)
Commenting on the milestone year, Martyn Roberts, Founder & Director of Fashion Scout, said London remains “a city of discovery,” and reaffirmed the platform’s commitment to giving designers an internationally visible stage. Co-Director Biljana Poposka Roberts added that the season reflects “fashion without borders,” with London as the meeting point for diverse narratives.
