Fashion Week & The City returned to London with “Spotlight Series” at St John’s Church
Fashion Week & The City returned to the London Fashion Week calendar last Thursday with “The Spotlight Series”, a multi-designer showcase staged at St John’s Church, Hyde Park.
The programme brought together international labels and industry partners, including Paris Runway Official designers, while also giving a platform to talent from London School of Trends — a London-based fashion and design institution focused on industry-led education and hands-on training.
Closing the show was Bibi Lawrence, the Lagos-based luxury womenswear label founded by creative director Blessing Eleh. The brand is recognised for weaving African heritage into contemporary couture, with an emphasis on cultural storytelling and an approach to bridal and occasion wear.
Paris Runway Official designers — A collective presence within the line-up, representing an international network of runway talent.
London School of Trends designers — Emerging designers presented through an education-to-industry framework rooted in practical training.
Bibi Lawrence (Blessing Eleh) — Lagos-based luxury womenswear blending African heritage with modern couture, spotlighting bridal and occasion wear.
