BAÉ presented a dreamlike vision of modern couture with its SS26 collection, La Fête, debuting at Riga Fashion Week.
The collection reimagines the extravagance of Marie Antoinette’s aesthetic through a softer, more ethereal lens — merging historical opulence with the weightlessness of ballet.
Billowing tulles, sculpted corsetry, and powdered-pastel tones form the backbone of the collection, while contemporary construction keeps each look light, fluid, and wearable. Rather than literal historical references, BAÉ distills the feeling of Versailles — grandeur without heaviness, romance without excess.
Every silhouette moves like a performance: floating skirts, delicate textures, and airy layers that trace the body in motion. La Fête invites the viewer into a world where couture becomes theatre, and dressing becomes an act of expression.
This season’s collaboration with Moda in Pelle completes the narrative. Known for their decades of artisanal craftsmanship, the British footwear house brings polished, feminine finishes that elevate each look without overshadowing the couture detailing. The partnership highlights shared values of elegance, precision, and timeless design.
